This model PLC controlled gantry grinding machine is special for ground big parts surface. The workpiece can be fixed on the table surface or electrical magnetic chuck. (the electrical magnetic chuck is optional)

The bed, double column and fixed bridge beam constitute enclosed rigidity gantry frame structure. Double V selfalignment slide way structure in adopted on bed, and slide way of table is coat with Teflon, “BTN” unwearable coating. Box slide way is adopted on beam cross direction (Yaxis) with good rigidity, the guide is make of hardened alloy steel, stuck and screwed on the structure. The cross sliding saddle moving along the beam slide way, the vertical sliding ram which with box slide way make vertical feed along the cross sliding saddle way, also the box way of ram is coated with Teflon, “BTN” unwearable coating too

The machine is a gantry frame with movable table and fixed beam The bottom of double column are fixed with the bed and the top are fixed to the beam, then the bed, column, beam constitute close rigidity gantry frame structure. The bed, table, column and beam is HT300 casting piece. The beam is close box structure and full of rib inside, hardened alloy steel square slide way structure make the beam with high rigidity.
